Kintai has invested over 4 million yuan to establish a cutting-edge R&D center and pilot plant dedicated to the extraction and separation of plant ingredients, spanning more than 600㎡. The center is equipped with advanced facilities, including a microbiological testing laboratory, ultra-clean workbench, biochemical incubator, high-performance liquid chromatograph, gas chromatograph, ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer, and atomic absorption spectrometer, ensuring comprehensive testing and analysis capabilities.

Our R&D team, composed of highly qualified professionals with master’s degrees and backgrounds in biology, pharmaceuticals, chemical engineering, and food science, is structured to deliver innovative solutions. With expertise in plant extraction, medicine, and food, the team excels in rapidly optimizing production processes and independently developing new products. Kintai has achieved significant milestones, securing national authorized invention patents and over 16 U.S. invention and utility model patents, underscoring our commitment to innovation and excellence in the healthtech industry.

Manufacturing Base and Facilities

2019	Xi'an Aerospace Construction Engineering Production Base of Kintai was put into use. The annual production of refined and processed plant medicinal materials exceeded 200 tons/year for the first time.
2020	The production base of Kinati Biotech Inc. in Ankang High tech Zone Industrial Incubation Park was completed.
2021	The plant functional ingredient extraction and separation center of Kintai Biotech Inc. in Xixian New Area will be completed and put into use.

Kintai Inspection The company's quality center is located in the airport industrial port of Xixian New Area, Shaanxi Province. It is equipped with mass spectrometry, liquid phase, gas phase, ultraviolet, ash, microorganism and other functional testing rooms, as well as HPLC, GC, UV, moisture analyzer, atomic absorption analyzer and other testing equipment, which can detect and analyze all the company's products as follows: Qualitative and quantitative analysis of active ingredients Physical and chemical tests (loss on drying, ash content, solubility, bulk density, etc.) microorganism Pesticide residue Solvent residues Heavy metals, etc.
