Q3: How to pay for the order to KINTAI?

A: We accept payment by T/T, L/C. You also can use Paypal or Wester Union for small order.

Q4: Does KINTAI provide free samples for Lab test?

A: KINTAI is very glad to provide customers with 5-20g free samples for Lab test, along with the original COA from KINTAI's Lab.

Q5: How long for production and delivery?

A: Most products we have in stock can be delivered within 1-3 working days. Customized products further discussed.

Q6: Could KINTAI provide clients formula design assistance?

A: Yes, we do.

Each customer's application is unique in some way. KINTAI's Customization services are designed to better meet the exact requirements of your application. Q7: How to confirm the product quality before place orders?

A:

(1) CoA with specification or standard will be sent along with the quotation;

(2) Free sample can be sent for quality test;

(3) Welcome valued customers to visit our factory and discuss business face to face.

(4) Kintai has established advanced material management trace system from arrival of raw materials through to storage, production, warehousing, and sales. Traceability is your Quality assurance that all products Kintai delivers.
