Alcohol hot reflux extraction method: 5.00g Ghana seed powder was extracted by hot reflux with 50mL50% ethanol solution at 80℃Chemicalbook for 2h, filtration, collection of filtrate, and volume with 50% ethanol solution to 50mL.
Ultrasonic water extraction method: Take 5.00g of Ghanaian seed powder, use 50mL distilled water for ultrasonic extraction for 30min, filter, collect filtrate, and volume with water to 50mL.
