What is Wolfberry Extract by KINTAI？

Wolfberry Extract is derived from wolfberry fruit and is a fine brown powder. Goji berries are rich in a variety of nutrients, including polysaccharides, flavonoids, vitamin C, carotene and so on. The main component of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides (LBP), with a molecular weight of 22-25 kD, was composed of six monosaccharides, arabinose, glucose, galactose, mannose, xylose and rhamnoose, with a content of 20% and 50%. In recent years, scientific research has found that LBP shows a wide range of biological activities and pharmacological value, including but not limited to strong antioxidant capacity, helping to delay the aging process; Significant anti-tumor potential; Mild regulation of the immune system; As well as positive contributions to blood glucose and lipid management. Preparation Method

1. Collect the stems, leaves and fruits of lycium barbarum and use them as raw materials;

2. The above raw materials were loaded into the alcohol ultrasonic extraction tank for one extraction, and 9-11 times the amount of 15%-20% ethanol water was added. The ultrasonic frequency was 50KHz-60KHz at 25℃-40℃ for 1.5-2 hours, the ultrasonic frequency was 50KHz-60khz, the steam pressure was 0.1MPa-0.2MPa, and the ethanol was reflow;

3. Filtration, a filtrate and a filter residue, respectively, a filtrate through the reduced pressure concentration tank to recover ethanol until the recovery of ethanol reached 60%, stop the recovery, a filtrate continue to concentrate into a concentrated solution;

4. 9-11 times the amount of 15%-20% ethanol water was added to the primary filter residue for secondary extraction. The ultrasonic frequency was 50KHz-60KHz at 25-40℃ for 1.5-2 hours, the ultrasonic frequency was 50Khz-60khz, the steam pressure was 0.1MPa-0.2MPa, and the ethanol was reflow. Ethyl alcohol is recovered from the filtrate through the reduced pressure concentration tank until the recovered ethanol reaches 80%, and the recovery is stopped, and the secondary filtrate and secondary filter residue are filtered;

5. Add 9-11 times the amount of 15%-20% ethanol water to the secondary filter residue, ultrasound at 25-40℃ for 1.5-2 hours, ultrasonic frequency 50KHz-60KHz, steam pressure 0.1-0.2MPa, filter, respectively, to obtain the tertiary filtrate and tertiary filter residue;

6. The first concentrated solution, the second filtrate and the third filtrate were mixed and concentrated to D=0.8-1.2 to obtain wolfberry extract; The extract was put into the Chinese medicine extract spray dryer, the inlet air temperature was 180℃-195℃, the outlet air temperature was 75℃-90℃, and the dry wolfberry extract powder was dried. A kind of lycium berry extract was obtained after the dry powder of Lycium berry extract was mixed with a suitable carrier.

Functions
